With modern and eclectic decor and furnishings throughout, you will not be disappointed. The whole house was completely renovated throughout (including new kitchen and bathrooms), and all brand new furniture and furnishings installed in 2004.

There is a large heated pool with extensive lanai. The pool is south-facing, very privately situated. The pool backs onto the golf course. The pool area is ideal for outdoor dining, and patio furniture is provided. To enjoy warm Florida sun, sun loungers are provided.

There are 4 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. Patio doors lead directly out onto the pool area for that morning swim. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have 2 single beds, ideal for children or adults to share.

All bathrooms have showers. There is a plentiful supply of linen and towels for your use. Storage and hanging space is provided in all bedrooms.

Inside the house, full air conditioning and central heating are provided for your comfort.

The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch hob, oven and microwave. There is an American fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is even a wine fridge to keep your champagne cool ! A gas barbecue is also provided. All the usual cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc are provided.

We have high speed wireless internet (bring your own laptop) cable TV, multi-region DVD, CD hi-fi, are all provided at no charge, for which we also provide a selection of CDs and DVDs. Cordless telephones are provided with free local calls.

For the more active, two adult bikes are provided to be used in Foxfire. The neighbourhood has little traffic and, during the evening you can cycle on the golf cart paths. Several tennis courts are available in Foxfire and we provide tennis equipment are provided for your use at no charge.

There are two sets of right handed graphite golf clubs (Wilson Pro Staff) if you do not want to haul your own clubs to Naples.

Children are catered for with some toys and books for the under-5s. A cot, high chair and pushchair (stroller) are also provided for your use at no charge. There are also some pool toys and inflatables.

In the laundry room, a washing machine and tumble drier and ironing board are available for your convenience.
